MARIA DUSZKA lives in Sieradz (Poland). She is a poet, journalist and librarian. Her poems have been translated into several foreign languages. They have been published in: “Przekrój,” “Topos,” “Odra,” “Akcent,” “Modern Haiku” (USA), “Reibeisen” (Austria), “Bdenje” (Serbia), “Kyiv” (Ukraine), “Krantai” and “Naujoji Romuva” (Lithuania). Since 2002, she has been leading the Literary Circle “Anima.” She was a guest of many international literary festivals in Germany and Lithuania. Since 2017, she has been presenting contemporary poetry in the program Pod Wielkim Dachem Nieba. She received the Award of the Minister of Culture.
