I am a recently retired language teacher, but I have had an interest in writing for over twenty years now. I write songs, stories, poetry, prose and I also am interested in reflective writing. I have a deep love of and fascination for language. I have read twice on a national Irish radio programme called Sunday Miscellany. I also post fairly regularly on Facebook and a local online publication called Cobh News. In 2004, I self-published a book of poetry and prose which I called My Road.
