Peter Kaczmarczyk was raised in New England and has lived the last 30 years in Southern Indiana. He has written poetry his whole life but has only been pursuing it seriously and publishing in the last few years. Peter strives to tell tales, in simple language. He never wants his readers to need a thesaurus and only rarely does he want them to be left scratching their heads wondering what a poem is about. His works are based on his life, loves and travels and often are strongly autobiographical. He is always surrounded by cats. Peter is the co-creator of the Captain Janeway Statue in Bloomington, IN.
