Behold, Tools!

Behold, Tools!

Through daily toil and sweat,
Tools that once lay dormant
Now resounding with a clatter and threat.

Soldiers used the guns as tools
Craftsmen created the songs through tools
And labor fulfills the provision of his life through tools
Yet the Earth
Revolves around tools.

From wood to stone, To iron to steel,
Tools are just medium to serve, Not to kill
But when a man uses them for ill,
It’s a tragedy that brings a chill.

For a man,
himself is a tool of life
A tool of creation and mastery
Man is himself-
Creation’s beauteous device.
