Can You Feel

Can You Feel

written by: Jane Davidson

Can you feel the silence,
As you gaze at different views?
Through the rain lashed windows,
Which path do you choose?

Did you feel the passion,
As you tasted life each day?
Each petal unfolded
Till the fragrance drifted away.

Will you feel the heartache,
As you wonder on through life?
Listening to the old songs,
Bringing memories of strife.

Can you feel it beating,
That universal drum?
The rhythm never changing
From nature’s vibrational hum.

Moon and stars will guide you
As you wonder on your way
Till Universe decides to call
And brings you home to play.
