Constellations of Memory

Turning back time today, reminiscing. When I saw you from afar.
Looking up in the sky, glancing at the stars, covered in winter’s warmth. In the quiet night, you were the only light.
Took a step to move closer. About to reach my hand in agony when you turned around. Looked me in the eyes, gentle smile, as though you had always been waiting.
Saw the universe for the first time in a while.
A blank paper got some words that night.
Flipping another page of you today, writing another story.
Finally confessing, you are the one who found me.
I’m Rabia Rauf from Pakistan. For me, writing is not just a passion, it is the rawest form of expression, and a way to immortalise emotions that often go unspoken. Every word I write carries a piece of my soul, reaching out to those who may feel unheard, unseen, or lost in the noise of the world. I believe that writing has the power to transform lives, not just by telling stories but by allowing people to see their own reflections within them. My words are for the dreamers, the warriors, the silent sufferers, and the ones who hold on despite it all. I want to break the barriers of hesitation, inspire people to embrace their emotions, and remind them that vulnerability is not weakness, it is strength. Beyond writing, I have also built a career in sales and business development, navigating a different kind of storytelling, one that connects people, ideas, and opportunities. But no matter where life takes me, my words will always be my truest voice, my way of leaving a mark on the world.
