Dance of the Verses

Dance of the Verses

written by: Tyran Prizren Spahiu

In the city of wine and poet
verses are carved by the river
calmness of the spring breeze
brings the amazing notes of nature.

Drink, get drunk, but don’t break the wine glass
need to get drunk will follow your futurity
put it at the top of the verses
in the early morning sips will refresh day.

They will feel when love approaches
open the gate of the thirsty heart
uses the aphrodisiac of grape juice
you will feel the shivers of magic in your chest.

In the twilight of riverbanks
fill the pencil and glass with creativity
will quench the thirst of the coming days
sunset will wish you a fiery journey.

Time of music is getting close
shadows of the wanderers fall on the light of the waves
at the source of the maple, sounds of guitar challenge poet’s wine
over the half-burnt sheet pen starts dance of verses.
