Do you think you’re not seen?

Do you think you’re not seen?

written by: Adiela Akoo

Do you think you’re not seen,
Spinning your wicked webs,
In the still secrecy of night—
Or deceptively by day, for that matter?

Do you not know that with each attempt,
You leave an energetic fingerprint—
A trail that can be tracked and traced?

Dabbling in the darkest of the dark,
You’re perilously playing with fire—
Do you know the hefty price you’re YET to pay?

Playing the puppeteer,
You foolishly fight against Fate—
But who is really pulling the strings?

Do you not know,
That when saints grow weary,
ALL worlds shake?
