Gold Table for Two

Gold Table for Two

written by: Mickey Mason

let me show you the old days
walk around through the low waves
sometimes, time
gets real slow babe
getting lost in us two

don’t look down that road babe
forty miles of one-way
one-way no-way I-stay
here without you

please skip to the next scene
stone arms and no mood rings
I’m as strong as an ox babe
much stronger than you knew

here I come
here I come, wait
no luggage on my slate
I see you, you’ve grown great
gold table for two
