Her heart wrapped in fragrant petals
& glistening dewdrops
Oh the quintessence of her…
Pastel shades outline her
delicate soft form
Nostalgic, but not looking back
For the old meanings have fallen away
Spring’s gift now filled with
hope, with love, not far away…
