Of the morning sun
That giggled
At the chirping sound of the birds
Those nights
We had to watch the stars
Twinkle as we listened to the moonlight tales
How we played
Under the rain
Splattering at each other
How love was
Before hate became jealous
And tried to kill its innocence
Your smile reminds me
Of the sea and tides
As they flow
In harmony with the wind
How true our love was
When we first met
And as long as those smiles remain
We will forever cherish every moment
