Parkinson’s Pest

written by: Mark Wilson

The sun’s shining the birds are singing
What else will Parkinson’s be bringing
It’s already brought heartache and worry
It just creeps up if dossnt need to hurry
It gets in your mind and causes you grief
It never gives you any relief
It stays with us alI day every day
And we all know it’s never going away
It ravages our bodies it gets us down
It turns out grins into a frown
Just when you think you’ve had enough
It ploughs on making life tough
It just never gives you any fun
We wish Parkinson’s would do one

NOTE FROM THE AUTHOR:

I’ve had Parkinson’s for 14 years and have suffered every day
