She Wolf

a creature of myth and legend
of fear and wonder, of love and hate
a symbol of the wild, the untamed
of the primal and the instinctual
she is a hunter and a protector
a loyal member of the pack
a symbol of strength and courage
of determination and survival
she is of the wild, an untamed spirit
she is the wolf, she is beautiful
she is the wolf, and she is in me.
Angela (she/her) was born and lives in rural North Wales, UK, she has been published in a number of magazines including, Ink Drinkers Poetry, Write On Magazine, Visual Verse, and Last Leaves, she is currently compiling her work for her first poetry collection.
