I’ll be the Villian, the Baddy,
If that is what you need to move on.
To deal with reality, to cope with every day.
I will play that part.
I’ll be the Villian, the Baddy,
If you need someone to take the blame.
To carry the burden of your tears and broken hearts.
I will do that for you.
I’ll be the Villian, the Baddy,
If you need someone to point the finger at.
To say, “that’s her, that’s the one who broke us all”.
I’m here for you, judge away.
But remember…
The Snow Queen brought lovers “Eternity”,
From pain we learned Strength grows.
The Witch is the one with the answers,
Her magic is the Power in all that she knows.
The troll was only protecting himself,
His comfort and his Home.
The Giant was only sad and lonely,
And he must be Free to roam.
So sit comfortably whilst you’re reading our Story,
Be careful the Tales you tell;
Because, the uncomfortable Truth of the matter is,
Your Conscience is where I will dwell.
So I’ll be the Villian, the Baddy,
If you need a resolve for your story.
You may have the spotlight of sympathy,
and I will quietly keep hold of the Glory.
