The Heart of Home

The Heart of Home

You are the roots beneath the tree,
The steady ground that carries me.
With gentle words and quiet grace,
You make the world a softer place.

Your stories weave a timeless thread,
Of days gone by, of words once said.
In every tale, a spark of light,
That warms the darkest, coldest night.

Your arms, a haven strong and true,
A place where love forever grew.
Though time may slow your step, your pace,
You lead with warmth, with endless grace.

And in your smile, I always find,
The wisdom of a life so kind.
Dear grandparents, you are the heart,
Of every memory, every start.
