This September Day...

written by: Jan Smith

Summer daydreams fade
Dandelion wishes lost
as seasons change...
Autumn awakens now
rustling promise,
hope through tall trees...
Golden tips sway
Their dance so splendid
before falling on the ground
Moments of beauty, magic
of this September day...
