I write to paint a picture
To capture the dichotomy
Of my father’s tongue
Beat me, call me a fool
Let me live to write
And write to live
Undying
To describe an art
Is to strip it
Of its ability to inspire
Is it then, still art?

Are no more
To know everything,
Simply look at my pen
Then you will know what you truly mean
