Darkness

Darkness

Darkness doesn’t breathe or have a pulse,
but it eats well.
Darkness is not a place,
but it can be located.
Darkness is not tangible,
But it can be felt.
Darkness can’t be avoided,
It consumes all light.
To truly understand darkness,
Remove the light within.
Only then will we see how black darkness can be.
Only then will we embrace the light.
