Travelling back home

when my winter cactus blooms

buy a box of cards

NOTE FROM THE AUTHOR:

Illustration description: A blue sky with scattered clouds over tawny terrain and asphalt road. Snow falls lightly. A Christmas cactus flower occupies the bottom left, standing halfway up the height of the image. The right side is scattered with white Christmas cards swirling in the wind, emblazoned with an image of a Christmas tree decorated with yellow ball ornaments. The words of the haiku occupy the centre top of the image in yellow Caflisch Script Pro Bold font. The image as a whole is created with flat shapes and bright colours.
