Talking Moondance

written by: Stark Hunter

funeral fog moulin rouge ladies looking for lost men in a blue car
talking moondance talking old time the turn of the hum the eternal
cello seizures ripping sanity sandwiches tremolo cocktails bursting
the mad dancing naked sucking meat blood through spirillum holes
hot organ breathings and wet insect voices talking spicy seductions
the turn of the brick the slice of the knife careening into hollywood
looking for lost men dancing the watusi devouring the LA maelstrom
old icy friends sleep in the dead houses dreaming about mantovani
their stiff girlfriends watching from stone slabs longing for burgers
they are dancing now sipping spinal cocktails spasming like dry fish
talking moulin rouge ladies smoking cigarettes lifting tinted glasses
more sucking of the meat blood the tentative turn on north doheny
now the dead are driving on blue jay way hearing the organ wheeze
hot breathings and wet insect voices singing the songs of electricity
the endless dry refrains of blueberry hill and the man from la mancha
where be the house on the high hill the mamas and the papas smoke
reefer exhalations talking moondance talking of lost men in a blue car
