The Aftermath of the Legacy of Sylvia Plath

It truly takes action
To develop a sense of direction,
And having a purpose
For being alive
Could really help the Earth
Truly thrive,
So marvel at the miracle of birth
While striving for a sense of worth,
And on this very day,
Dare to find a way
To cope with hope,
Come what may,
And know how actions
Speak louder than words,
And then utilize action verbs
To create a way to appreciate
The gift of the present,
So never wait
To abandon hate,
And spread hope and love
Near and far
Through the acceptance of others
For who they are,
And ultimately realize
That the ones who do
More than they would ever dare
Reveal how it is a decision
To actually care,
So escape from a bell jar
Through the hope of going far
