After The Tears

After
The tears,
I see,
Hear
And feel
The silence
And sadness
In your eyes.
Some day,
Beyond many
Difficult dawns,
Your eyes
Will sense
The soft caress
Of tender words,
Borne from
Life’s canvas,
And you will
Grace anew,
Presence,
Proud
Of the You,
Within.
Having been conscious from early years, then experiencing a myriad of life's events including decades of teaching..... aeons of thoughts, images follow and cascade into these later years. So, being one of millions of such humans in our reflections, I feel singular enough but also humble in my contribution to the 'ripples and pools' of aspirations and ascensions imbued within the Human Spirit.
