Black Rainbow
written by: Jecht Fair

I see a black rainbow,
Strewn across a canvas of starlight,
Longingly wishing to be noticed,
By the white orb of passion held aloft,
Betwixt heaven and earthly dominion.
Echoes of night life,
Fluttering throughout the darkest forest,
A single cry,
Oh! Of troubled strife,
Another beasts claim to life – lost.
Overbearing,
Subtle touch,
Mislaid promises,
Societies crutch,
Thought costs much.
Yet the sun shall rise,
Fade she shall,
Into twilight,
Beyond a realm,
No day nor night.
No trouble,
No strife,
Just eternity,
No colors,
Just you…
