Celestial

Celestial

written by: Karoline Lesande

Sleep serenely on a cloud, the stars as Christmas lights,
dance around the auroras, take in the heavenly sights.
Reunited with your mother, embrace her and your father,
remember to leave little signs for your granddaughter.
Release words that you found hard to speak from the heart,
catch the colors of the evening sky and turn them into art.
Be free from crushing sadness, the overwhelming pain,
oozed out loneliness, now you’ve closed the bleeding vein.
Turn on the constellation when it gets too dark up there,
I know just where to find you…you are everywhere.
