Compassion

Compassion

written by: Tinashe Muza

Expiring heavily, I contemplate on what might be
Will it
Will it not
Can’t say no now, can I?
Shall it be her or I?
I, might not be strong enough
Will the wraith of her agony haunt me?
Shutting my lids, I inhale deeply in an attempt to harvest some positive energy
