Decisions

Decisions

written by: Sulochana Nepal

Oh decisions,
Why is following the inner compass so tough?

Every time you rise unbidden leaving us in fog,
should I or should I not?
If you are right, our heart flutters,
But if choices deceive us, the scar forever triggers.

What if I, why did I, how could I, ….?
Endless questions grip us in its vicious circle

I wish every time you nudge me,
I get wrapped with prudence.
Helping me to figure out discernment,
So I could be freed of any resentment.
