Michael H. Lester is a CPA and attorney. His work has been widely published in prestigious poetry journals, translated into several languages, winning numerous awards worldwide. Michael’s recent publications include three illustrated children's books, The Squeeping Catterwhip, Cassandra and the Strange Tale of the Blue-Footed Boobies, Johnny and Frankie’s Summer Sleepover, plus a book of poetry, Notes from a Commode: Volume I. When not working, you can find him tending to his herb garden, birdwatching, walking the pup, cooking, baking, reading, and writing.

Vicki Miko is a retired television producer. She is an illustrator, photographer, and poet. This year (2024), she published a responsive tanka poetry book, Alley Craps: Boxcars, with her partner, Michael H. Lester. She received Honorable Mention for the Robert Spiess Memorial Haiku Award, Modern Haiku, and her work has been published in a variety of poetry books. She was nominated for the McKnight Foundation Art Award for her gardening workbooks for the JD Rivers' Children's Garden.

John Louis Cimasi was born into a farm family of eight in a small farming village in New York. He is an author, poet, and playwright. His company, Melic and Mime Theatrical Productions Inc., produced scores of shows for hundreds of performances at twelve theaters in New York and theaters across the United States. During his theatrical impresario tenure, he co-wrote four farcical music comedies with Tom Dudzick: Make Your Moves with Confidence; So's Your Old Man, You Must Pay the Rent, and The Monkey's Choice. His writing credits include sixteen books and eleven stage plays: Verses from a Life (12 Volumes), Lives Lived. Lives Lost., John Loves Deb, John Loves Deb (A Chinese Translation), The Richford Girls, Short Stories from a Life, and Vignettes from a Life. John served four years in the USAF Security Service (Military Intelligence) as a Chinese linguist. He and his wife, Deborah, live in Bradenton, Florida, where he writes and publishes prose, poetry, and stage plays.
