Need major attention

Suppression leads to depression
unheard overlooked expressions
cause repression.
Running away from eyes and heart
is the easiest task.
To lock the heart
in the dark
seems relieving part.
Hiding from the Self
not veiling from the World
makes men complex
filled with inner anguish.
To survive
is the only strength
can just be attained
keeping emotional secrets
