Hallow’s Eve

Upon the eve of Halloween
the clock strikes three
the banshee shrieks
The hounds of hell with hackles raised
bare their fangs
a deadly sight
The Reaper Grim in hooded robe
crooked scythe
a ghastly fright
Wicked witches fly on brooms
casting spells
upon the night
Ghosts and Goblins
Wolves and Bats
roam the landscape near and far
Howling
haunting as they go
all upon a Hallow’s Eve
