Invisibility Cloak

Invisibility Cloak

written by: Srivalli Pemmaraju

I have a superpower
Power to be invisible
Hiding in plain sight
All I do
goes unseen
That I don’t do
gets doubly seen
60000 words I know
Fail me when I need
That legendary prodigious memory
Has now book with empty pages
Sun is shining bright
Sky is all blue
But beyond the fog
I can’t see
I have my own seasons
It is winter outside
Still my cheeks are flushed red
Hot and Burning bright
Getting up sweating
In the middle of the night
I am a super hero
Fighting demons invisible
Even my cloak is invisble
