Korrupt Bones

We queue under the sun
For our hope to be renewed
For the Generals are here with us
The cripples accompanied us
The blind escort us

Our thumbs were the hope
The hope to change the change
Let’s remember
For us to change the change

We have to kick the old bones
And let the new ones grow
To avoid infection of the mind

The change needs a clear way
The change we want needs a clean path
The bones are weak and infected
So, let’s not follow the path of renewed hope
The hope we would never feel.
