On Wilting, I Fall

 On Wilting, I Fall

written by: Vaishnavi Pusapati

Fall, let gravity do all the work,
fall like bruised fruits at the feet of trees,
fall into the darkness, into the dark waters,
without a sound, without a splash,
dissolving like a color, like a remedy, like sugar.
This is a good time to fall away.
