The Sea

there is water in and out above and below
salty and with floating motion
the wideness is uplifting
gentle strokes keep it going
and the touch raises the senses
by pure natural instinct
I am an amateur writer of poetry and short fiction, mainly in German but also in English. I started writing at the feeble age of 53 years, that was three years ago.
