After many years away from writing, I started to write again at the end of last year, having joined a wonderful writing and poetry group in London. Starting to engage with writing again has been a wonderful experience and has introduced me back to my creative self. It has also supported me to become interested in how I can use creativity with my clients in my work as a therapist.
