Illustration description: A bright blue sky over a rippling sea, ocean spray splashing on a shore of sand. The words of the haiku arch in the sky, white and written in Comic Sans MS Regular font. This arch emphasises the central subject: a skeletal hand held aloft from below the bottom edge of the image, gripping a shot glass festively splashing a glowing, translucent yellow-green liquid.
I am mostly a visual artist, but I like to create "found poetry", specifically daily haiku made from the statuses of my Facebook friends. It was my Mom who started this, and officially passed the responsibility onto me when she became too busy.
