Somewhere In My Mind

Somewhere In My Mind

written by: Hino Black

As I lie my head…
On the solid ground…
And gather the thoughts…
Inside my mind…
I stop the flow of my existence…
Just for a while…
To have a semi clarity…
Away from this world’s insanity…
Just for a moment…
I let myself breakdown…
And forget who I am…
Who I was…
And who I’ll be…
Just for a moment…
I let go of all my beliefs…
I’m no one… nothing …
Just a random leaf…
Carried away by the wind…
Lost in my own land…
Of dreams or fantasy…
Somewhere where I cannot be found…
All my sorrows and pain…
Lost in a place with a dead end…
I look into the wide skies…
And I swim between the lies…
Pretending I’m somewhere else…
Lost in the open space…
Where happiness is no longer a phase…
Somewhere where I cannot be caught…
Somewhere in my mind…
