If you fall down, get straight back up,
If you're going in circles, get out of the rut.
If life slaps your face, feel the sting,
Then think of the changes you could bring.
Stop moaning and start laughing,
Stop speed boating and start rafting,
Stop destroying and start creating,
Start empowering instead of berating.
The choices above, are your own to make,
Think very hard, bad habits can you break?
Can you wear the smile of a contented soul?
Or is drama and misery your ultimate goal?
