The New Years comes to bring change into my life
To help me dream at night
To continue to write
Try and grow
You don’t always know
The path you’re gonna take
You’re gonna make mistakes
It’s always time to learn and move on
Make some time to write a song
A poem for the lonely heart
Some pretty music for the soul
It’s there to help you constantly grow
So just know to be nice
Because that’s always going to be right
