pegasus through the sky

Frøya Montezino, nearing the completion of her Bachelor's in Literature, has a dynamic background as a slam poet and former host at Skrik Poesi at Bryggen in Bergen. In 2024, she was awarded the Torborg Nedreaas Scholarship for her project dedicated to promoting and communicating the works of Nedreaas, who was recently added to the Penguin Classics collection. Additionally, Montezino showcased her creativity in costume design, contributing to the music video for Abbath's Harvest Pyre. As Audrey Lorde once said, "Poetry is not a luxury. It is a vital necessity of our existence," a sentiment that resonates with Montezino's artistic pursuits.
