To The Edge, Beyond Drama…

Come with me dear heart
Let us go to the edge,
beyond drama, a simple place…
Where we can dance underneath
swaying branches of the ancient
Oak
Near wildflower path under
cotton wool clouds…
We can walk barefoot along
a glistening shoreline,
my hand held tightly in yours
A butterfly trail ahead,
let’s find the enchanting
haven made for two…
