VANITY

VANITY

written by: Ichie Francis Chibuzo

After all these struggles
On this planet Earth,
I know of a payday
And I am not afraid to be judged;

To pay my due
When it’s due…

All that I’ve achieved
Won’t come along with me,
Everything would end here.

Vanity upon vanity,
I’ll stand alone
To watch my life story
As I gaze at the mystical mirror…
