North Remembers

In a room full of people
Full of voices
Full of noises
And all that buzz
They could hear their hearts beating fast
Beating up and out
The subtle rhythm of this strange and soft love
Their eyes touched
Their eyes danced Polka
She held her breath catching the glances
And smiles
The beaming tenderness
Catching all the bees
Making honey
This honey
And then
Later on
If only she turned her head and stopped
But she didn’t
She should have turned her head and stop
It would be long if ever before she gets another chance
