Meditation in Hamburg

written by: Ruchi Srivastava

As I walk along the canal
Just by myself
Thinking nothing, just enjoying the walk
And the walk energizing me
The whole pathway lined with tall trees
Leaves in hues of green and yellow
Now that it is almost end of summer
Sun shining from between the leaves
People going past quietly
Engrossed in their own thoughts
Maybe they too are meditating like me.
