The Light in Darkness

The Light in Darkness

written by: Cindy Georgakas

The light you cannot see, is bright if you close your eyes and open your senses.
The noise you cannot hear, might save you from the voice of cruel and unjust opinions.
The touch of an angel’s wings softens the blow, of the bullets of the world.
The smell of myrrh and frankincense anointed,
protect our soul from the realities of death.
The knowingness that our bodies shell transcends us to formless eternity,
of angel’s warm embrace, returns us to divinity.
