You remind me of a tsunami
That swept me off my solid rock
Rendering my comfort zone extinct,
Buried twenty feet beneath the ground.
The sands you invite
Without my permission
Into my organs they settle.
Burrowing to the top of this addictive
Quicksand is tough.
If only I could bray this darkness away
And halt this heck of a nightmare.
