It was the taste of death
The cooling coffee on the table
It was the sound of death
Coming from the violin under the collapse of the house during the war
It was the shape of death
The mirror never showed anyone for years in the basement
It was the death himself
The laborer sleeping in the last bus of the night …

It was October
Bloody leaves on the ground
The exiled poet was writing his poem
For vexation of his poets …
