Autumn Breeze

Autumn Breeze

written by: Ritika Satapathy

Rejoice in this time of the year,
As keen thoughts unfold, rosemary’s bloom.
Night jasmine falls, a sign of the
divine mother’s call,
where summer’s warmth meets winter’s chill.

Frolics turn to rounds,
year’s anticipation ends the count.
Dilly of days
witness a mesmerizing craze, emotions peak
and hearts embrace.

Thus, this breeze brings fulfilment
Of yearlong charms.
Another year’s memoir is almost done,
continue longing for the next run.
