For Love

the way the eagle soars,
the way you open a door,
the way you curl your hair,
the way some people care
everyone is different,
no two are the same,
some do it for love,
some do it for fame
i prefer something real,
something i can feel,
i don’t wanna feel stuck,
i wanna feel in luck
i want someone who cares,
someone who’s always there,
i want someone to think of,
i just want someone to love
I’m 15 and ever since I was 12 I’ve loved using poetry as an outlet to express my feelings and emotions. Robert Frost is my favorite poet and he’s who made me really get into poetry. I would love nothing more than for others to read my poems and for once feel like their life has meaning and someone understands.
