It’s his eyes that moved me…
He has this calm demeanor about him that makes him feel like home
His eyes smile when he is happy…shining silently amidst the laughter, as if joy is coming out from within
But when he is tired, his eyes show signs of weariness, and all I want to do is reach out and hold him ‘til he can smile again
His kisses enthrall me, excite me with every move…soft and light as a feather even when he kisses with hunger
And his hands move with expertise, caressing every fine fiber on your body, as if you were his masterpiece
NOTE FROM THE AUTHOR:
it’s always the eyes that moved me… and his were exceptionally beautiful.
I am a 47 year old single mom to two teenagers, trying to keep my office survival in spite of the pandemic...writing poems has always been a passion for me...I scribble them down on little notes but still for my eyes only...writing poetry has been my outlet in letting go of emotions that tend to wear me down; it is also my constant companion when I find myself alone and waiting for someone or something. I was born in Angeles City, Philippines, with a degree in bachelor of science in accountancy.
