@Atelgy
for me there’s always been a
fine line
be tween
Rational
&
Irrational
thoughts
most of the time
I can recognize the
difference
most of the time
rational & irrational
stay in their
place
(but)
my anxiety likes those thoughts
together
rationalirrationalrationalirrational
they run together
confusing me
until my head is
pounding
&
I don’t know whether to
scream,
cry,
or lie down on my
bathroom floor
&
never get up again
&
FUCK
I just want all this thinking to
stop.
